It's taken me too long to get a proposal up on this web site, but now that I finally have, I thought I'd share it with whoever might be reading this blog. I'm trying to start a school newspaper. A difficult task considering our school just lost $200,000 in funding. So I'm no longer being paid for after school time and there's definitely no money for other extravagances i.e. a digital camera or reporter's notebooks.
